A bilateral program between Thailand and Japan


Japan Society of Promotion of Science(JSPS) and National Research Counsel of Thailand (NRCT)
Based on a bilateral joint research between Thailand and Japan entitled "Research and Development on Flexible Electronic Devices including Organic Light Emitting Display and Their Materials"

Period of the a bilateral joint research program:
June 1, 2006〜 March 31, 2008 (2 years and 10 months)


We started the a bilateral joint research program between Thailand and Japan, and this program continues for three years.


 A purpose of a Thai visit (4.Aug.2008.- 7.Aug.2008), and a result

This time that was the third time, a Japan side representative of a bilateral joint research program, Professor Yoichi Hoshi and Professor Yutaka Sawda and Professor Toshifumi Satoh and Professor Takayuki Uchida and Assistant Professor Shiichi Kobayashi, have visited Thailand.
We carried out a discussion with thai side researchers who will vist Japan(See below), a seminar so that the bilateral joint research program advanced smoothly.

This time that was the second time, a Japan side representative of a bilateral joint research program, Professor Yoichi Hoshi and Assistant Professor Toshifumi Satoh and Assistant Professor Takayuki Uchida, have visited Thailand.
We carried out a discussion with thai side researchers who will vist Japan(See below), a seminar so that the bilateral joint research program advanced smoothly.

 The budget to cover this visit for accommodation, local flight tickets and living expenses have been provided by the JSPS Bilateral Joint Projects funded by National Research Council of Thailand (NRCT).

This time that was the first time, a Japan side representative of a bilateral joint research program, Professor yutaka sawada and Assistant Professor Takayuki Uchida have visited Thailand.
We carried out a discussion with thai side researchers who will vist Japan(See below), a seminar so that the bilateral joint research program advanced smoothly.

 The budget to cover this visit for accommodation, local flight tickets and living expenses have been provided by the JSPS Bilateral Joint Projects funded by National Research Council of Thailand (NRCT).

Next time, thai side 6 researchers(Ph.D) have a plan of visiting Japan ('08.9.22-10.30)

(23,15,22,22 and 20 days for 6researchers, respectively)


 The budget to cover this visit for accommodation in Japan, local train tickets and living expenses will be provided by the Japan Society of Promotion of Science(JSPS) Bilateral Joint Projects fundation.
